Palate
Ripe berries, dark plum, secondary chocolate flavours. Nutmeg and peppery spice. Fresh lingering oak. Lots of life left in this.

Nose
Blueberry, raspberry and red plum, slight capsicum/minty notes with generous french oak

Enjoy With
An ideal companion with tender cuts of lightly seared game. For optimal results decant or aerate this wine half an hour prior to drinking.
