Strong berry, cassis, some mint and leaves, balanced with bottle aged savoury and roast coffee flavours finishing with good chalky tannins.

Nose
Strong herbal and cassis distinctively cool climate from old vines.

Enjoy With
Enjoy with lean lamb or seared tuna steaks. Also try it with aged cheese.
